The furniture originated from a UK VW Danbury conversion, manufactured in about 1970ish

So this is the inside of my bus. I purchased all of the furniture from a guy in Notting Hill Gate, west London for the tidy sum of £90. There are a few modifications to the original specs, mainly the bed.

All of the wood work has been re-varnished and repair were necessary

Here is a view of the drivers cab, see that funky door covering. From the roof there is a portable CD holder. Thats where my MP3 CD player sits, 196 tracks on one CD....... wpe1.jpg (82836 bytes)
The high back seat, with headrest are from a 1995 Ford Granada, black velour wpe3.jpg (61944 bytes)
The sink is hand pump operated, with the water storage right next to it. The electric supply is just above rear cupboard, with speakers built into the rear cuboards. The cushions need replacing, that will be done soon. wpe6.jpg (66112 bytes)
This is a cupboard that I built, the original Danbury conversion only has a right hand storage space wpe8.jpg (69659 bytes)
Towards the front with the cooker on the left and a reversible chair on the right wpeA.jpg (77574 bytes)
Here is the cooker that runs on camping gaz. 2 rings and a grill and that heat protection. As you can see, it also turns out into the awning... very handy for when your set up for a few days. wpeC.jpg (52660 bytes)
One good thing about this conversion is the storage area.. these plenty of it. These two drawers can open inside or at the back of the bus. There at the top you can see the table stowed away. wpeE.jpg (71623 bytes)
